Michelle, ma belle!

What can I say when a friend, great designer and blogger calls me a Goddess? I was stunned and surprised and I giggled of course. To know more about what I am talking you need to go to the Blog A Schematic Life, by Michelle Morelan, and you will read about my daily life in
"Six objets de vie"
starting with my precious cup of coffee in the morning.
Six objects 019
It was an honor to be part of this extraordinary blog, always full of superb drawings, educational videos, new ideas. A true learning experience.
Thank you Michelle!

This is sooo perfectly YOU – you are a style arbiter ! you should have a regular column in the Globe and Mail.I think you should pitch them the idea !
Goddess !! Mais bien sur !!!!
Love the post.

Albarosa,
LOVED the article!! Many years ago I did a similar one (5 favourite pieces) but I really like this one better.
And of course, you are a goddess!!
Nice to find a new blog too.

jwelcome...I admire Michelles work and agree with your philosophy that living a gracious life takes no more time than not. Pull out the cloth napkins, fluff the pillows and enjoy a pb&j sandwich on your limoges china...it will taste so much better.

I suppose we'll have to get on our hands and feet now and bow thrice daily to her majesty.

Wow. I hope we can still have coffee. I do remember my early lessons of hanging pictures for you and Nori. The level I had would be overruled by what you two would see.I never used it again at your place.Ha.. I love her story about having coffee with you. I know what she means. I'm sure you made it a special moment. I'm so happy your work is expressing yourself and taking you to great things and good people. I love the Arts for that.I really enjoyed the article and happy to say we know this Goddess. Stay humble. All the best.

Thanks all for your nice and/or fun comments. This is the best part of being a blogger, making friends and share not only ideas but also moments of daily life. I am now going to search for my old tiara (bought at a garage sale of course).

I'm lucky enough to live just down the block from Albarosa so we often get together. When I am in her eclectic and stunning home I feel as though I'm in downtown Milano. Her sense of style is so classy and unlike that of anyone else I know. Plus, she's great fun to be with.

What a wonderful article Albarosa! Everything you selected is beautiful.
I am going to start drinking my tea in the morning in one of my limoges cups as well!

Yes Albarosa you should find that tiara and get used to wearing it. Who you are is reflected in your posts. I for one also appreciate the care you take to respond to your readers and make everyone feel that their opinions matter, that takes class.
