Brillante choice

H for Hermès

bleus-hermes-big
Have you ever heard of blue Hermès ?

Bleus d’Ailleurs is a recent Hermès creation for the table. Sipping your coffee or tea you can imagine to be in front of the deep blue of the South Seas, or dream about being in Portugal, or in the souk in Marrakesh. As you can see it is also a vibrant cobalt blue recalling the one used on Chinese porcelain or ancient Middle East decorations . The set includes everything you can dream of, from tea cups, tea pot, plates, consommé cups, salad bowls, big serving plates and more.  An element of surprise  is created by an unexpected deep yellow cup.

An elegant set, a contemporary graphic pattern, a vivid color.

  1. H is definitely for Hermes! I have not seen the blue. It is such a saturation of color! I choose to think of Portugal.

  12. I wonder if Oscar Wilde would have find it hard to live up to These blue chinas? Seems inspired by Fornasetti, especially the ones on the left.
