Can you guess who she is?

Mystery lady

This is an unusual image for a lady known for her extremely elegant, rarefied style, which by the way shows even here, before (or after?) taking a bath in a sleek mosaic tiled bathroom and a vintage style tub. Her sunglasses? Fabulous! When not in a turban she shows an unusual haircut.
Flame red lipstick is also her trademark.
She was supposed to become a pianist but she ended up with a skyscraper named after her... enough said!

    * I KNOW, I KNOW but I canNOT remember her NAME, and I deserve several lashes for THAT SNAFU!!!

    ...She is "T*H*E" charming, eccentric "older" woman, a "New York Icon", I believe!... She dresses SOOOOOO "outlandishly", with attention to EVERY SINGLE DETAIL, and with SUCH CONFIDENCE, that ONLY SHE could, and CAN, get away with it! I am in awe of her!

    She's spunky (I read about her a while back), and I ADORED her and her ATTITUDE towards life... Lordie now, Linda, WHAT is her NAME again???? I can't HELP but think it's THIS LADY and her name is.... is.... oh poop, I can't REMEMBER!!!!

    Warmest wishes... ANNND, thanks for the fun of guessing (OR, in my case, THINKING I know who it is but NOT knowing her name!)... (Always wears BIG GLASSES, too, right???)...
