Brillante choice

Sidewall
A bookcase to be fixed to a wall or, if on a rotating base, away from walls or even in the centre of a room, creating separation between areas or the effect of  a column. A totemic piece in many colors, modular and customized at several heights. In wood for the wall or metal for the floor version.

Sidewall is designed by Piero Lissoni for Porro.
A fun way to display your precious books or collections.

©2011 Brillante Interiors writes about new trends, timeless decor, iconic pieces, design ideas, or at times just musing about "a certain Italian way of doing things".

A piece like this wold look nice in the empty corner spaces created by other book shelves placed in open space as room dividers. No rotating one of course, but the general type.

I like the mixture of reports on interior designs, architecture and
fashion. I really love the featured bookcase in the “Brillante choice”
post, it’s a very stylish way to organize your belongings in your home,
and I love that it comes in different colors that would match different
types of interiors.
